The Word TOXIN means “anything that is injurious, destructive or fatal”. Toxins are Organic poisons produced by living cells or organisms and is capable of causing diseases. Toxins make people sick and cause harmful health issues. There are some toxins that are created by our body itself and also caused by plants & animals excrete.
Mainly there are two types of toxins
• Internal toxins
• External toxins
External toxins are a type of toxins that can be found due to external issues.
Eg: Pollution, Smoke, pesticides.
Internal toxins are also a type of toxins that are created internally
Eg: Bad bacteria & Yeast, Chronic viral infection, Chronic stress, Negative thinking, Anxiety

Sources of toxin

1.Food:

The biggest culprit for toxins is processed foods with full of chemicals and preservatives. Cases of poisoning are often reported in species of mushrooms and berries. The main example of natural toxins in food plants include glycol alkaloids in potatoes. The kernel of apricots contains a naturally occurring substance called amygdaline. Amygdaline can release hydrogen cyanide. It can be poisonous if too much is consumed in a short period of time. Pears also contain toxins. Like apples, these fruits are sprayed constantly to get rid of mites and moth eggs

2. Water:

Our body is comprised of 70-90% water. The water we drink is critical to hydrating our body at the cellular level. We all use Caffeine as an energetic drink .It provides a way to get awake for a couple of hours and help in maintaining attention in through difficult works. But the fact is that if we drink caffeine, coffees, teas, or colas we will force our adrenal glands to work hard, later these glands will become exhaust and will continual ask for another caffeine mix. The use of these types of drinks really poisoning our body. So its our great need to avoid the use of soft drinks and all. Tap water also contains toxins. Studies shown that there are over 200 contaminants in one glass of water. So its better to avoid drinking tap water.

3. Beauty Products:

Some ingredients in beauty and cosmetic products are not pretty. Researchers report that ingredients used in cosmetic products are industrial chemicals reproductive toxins and pesticides. Synthetic Fragrances that can be founded in many products, including shampoos, conditioners, body wash, perfumes, and even in baby washes. These fragrances are formed from toxic chemicals. Some dangerous chemicals destroy the immune system and serve as allergens. Several studies conclude that fragrance as co-related with allergies, dermatitis, and respiratory and reproductive problems.
The top 3 toxins in beauty products include:

Benzoyl peroxide : Used in acne products. Its a possible tumor promoter.
Phthalates : Phthalates are a group of chemicals used in hundreds of products, which promote the elasticity and softness of plastics. They are found in nail polish, perfumes, lotions, hair sprays, and other various perfumed cosmetics.
Dioxin : Won’t appear in ingrediants. Leads to cancer, reduce immunity and damage nervous system.

4. Environment:

The whole world is surrounded by Environmental toxins. These are also called as “Invisible Killers”. Environmental toxins include Mercury,Cadmium, Lead, Radon, Formaldehyde, Benzene, Cadmium etc. These toxins will affect our human body.
The major diseases caused include:
Cause Organ failure (lead, mercury)
Cause cancer (benzene, formaldehyde, radon). These compounds are mainly released from factories during industrial processes.
Heavy metals include lead and cadmium are released as by-product of industrialized works. There are also Toxins substances that are naturally occurred.
Eg:Volcanic eruptions: Volcanic eruptions must release large amount of mercury and cause many disorders. In short we can said that Environmental toxicity is a global concern. It can be formed from anywhere at anytime and spread everywhere.

Medications are used to treat blood poisoning. These can include antibiotics,vasopressors and insulin as medicines.

Detoxification

The meaning of Detoxification means “the process of removing toxic substances”.We all know that toxic agents are everywhere in nature. The food we eat, the air we breathe. Life with out toxic buildup is really impossible. Crying, sweating, urination and defecation are all natural protocols employed by the body to rid itself of toxins. Toxins affect both the structure and function of cells. Detoxification is so important because it reverse the symptoms of illness. There are many different types of detoxification protocols and it is important to find one that works well for you. The liver, small intestine, kidneys, and colon are the major organs involved in the body’s detoxification system.

3 Natural Methods for detoxification

Liver cleanse: Cleansing of liver should incorporate more bitter greens and juices such as wheat-grass and dandelion greens. Other foods include carrots, celery, limes, lemons and beets.
