Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides Review

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is the fourth film of the Pirates of the Caribbean Series. Unlike previous sequence, director Gore Verbinski was replaced by Rob Marshall since Gore is busy with his new video game BioShock. The film will be released on May 20, 2011. It will be in both Disney Digital 3-D and IMAX 3-D, as well as in 2D and IMAX formats.

Captain Jack Sparrow's former companions Will Turner (Orlando Bloom), Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) will not return in the new sequent. Instead Angelica (Penélope Cruz) will accompany Jack Sparrow.

Movie is based on historical fantasy novel, On Stranger Tides by Tim Powers. In this Jack Sparrow meets Captain Hector Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) in the newly found New Orleans, they continue the search for immortality and set sail to find 'the fountain of youth' together only to find that Blackbeard (Ian McShane) is after it too.
