On Tuesday early morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi left Gujarat Bhawan to his South Block office and he laid rose petals and bowed before a photograph of Mahatma Gandhi. He then sat at his table and signed papers.

On Monday former president of India APJ Abdul Kalam's office reveled that the 82-year-old is absoutely fine and rejected reports of his ill health

Kalam’s private secretary said that the rumours have been doing rounds about the nuclear scientist ill health. He rejected the reports and said someone is playing mischief.

Recently, Abdhul Kalam has been awarded an honorary degree by Scotland's prestigious University of Edinburgh for his contribution to science and technology.

On Wednesday Police arrested Congress leader Amaresh Misra, who allegedly making provocative remarks against Narendra Modi, Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate, on a microblogging website.
