
Superstar Rajinikanth, the man of the moment was the first celebrity to arrive in Panjim for the 45th International Film Festival of India.
Rajinikanth honoured with the Centenary Award for Personality of the Year at the fest. He said, "I am honoured."
The award will be given to him by his close friend and the legend of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan, who is the chief guest at IFFI this year.
Rajinkanth and Mr Bachchan were starred together in hit films like 'Hum,' so when reporters asked the Tamil actor if there were any plans for the two of them to do another film together, Rajnikanth laughed and said, "Ask Mr Bachchan," also, he added, "But no films as of now."
While asked about the entrance to politics the devoted star neglected the question.
He said, "No politics please. I'm not here to talk about any politics."
About his new film Lingaa, which is set to release on 12th December, he says, "We hope to meet the expectations."
